職責:

• 負責一般大廈維修保養，水電及冷氣維修工作
• 對大廈各項設施作每日例行檢查
• 跟進維修/工程項目

要求:

• 兩年或以上工作經驗，認識大廈設施為佳
• 有水電 / 冷氣 / 木工 經驗優先
• 九小時輪班制，於筲箕灣或將軍澳工作
• 缺乏經驗者可考慮申請為學徒
