You will be responsible to:

• Prepare and coordinate the production of publications including newsletters, leaflets, brochures, as well as other corporation communication materials such as press releases, speeches and on-line promotion
• Provide bilingual editorial support in book projects, annual reports and presentations, etc.
• Assist in planning and implementing corporate, media and community events
• Assist in other corporate communication duties as assigned

 Ideal candidate will have:

• Degree in Communication / Journalism / Public Relations / Translation or equivalent
• 3-4 years of experience in copywriting / public relations / event management and marketing communications in sizable organization
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Computer literate in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop and proficiency in Chinese Word Processing is a must
• Independent, self-motivated and good team player
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and multi-tasking skills
