The incumbent, reporting to Merchandising Manager, will be responsible and oversee all merchandising related matters for Men’s ready-to-wear and shoes category of HK direct operated stores.

Main Responsibilities

Assist the Merchandising Manager to plan and execute all merchandising functions, including managing sales, preparing open-to-buy and participating in overseas buying activities, inventory control, product delivery and product training to sales staff, etc, so as to achieve sales & profit targets based on the seasonal business plan.

Requirements

• Degree holder in related discipline with minimum 5 years of relevant merchandising experience in high fashion retail company, preferably with men’s buying experience
• Experience of participating in buying process in Italy is preferred
• A good team player with excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated strong business sense and fashion sense
• Possess excellent analytical and leadership skills
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese
• Computer skills in Excel, Word, E-mail, Power Point are required
