Job Summary:

• To formulate and manage the buying strategy, effective replenishment and mark down strategies to achieve targets 
• To prepare open-to-buy budgeting
• To monitor the sales performance, inventory analysis, and forecasting for implementation
• To conduct a regular follow up on distribution activity in order to make sure that all stores are having stock levels as planned with the right product mix.
• To coordinate closely with other departments within the company to ensure a smooth process flow 
• To propose promotional activity when needed and monitoring promotions impact

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Fashion, Textile and Clothing
• Minimum 3 years of retail ready-to-wear buying experiences in ladies’ fashion
• Sound garment technical knowledge and experience in retail industry are highly preferred
• Strong in organization skills, with a proven track record of management involvement 
• Strong analytical mind & sensitive to figures
• Good fashion sense and high sensitivity to market trends and consumer needs of HK & China markets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Immediate available or short notice is preferred
