Job Description

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Monitor & Handle daily logistics operational activities and Order Processing
Handling sales orders
PO price checking, issuing delivery order, invoice and credit note, etc.
Coordinating with outsourced service providers for local delivery and repackaging, etc.
Preparing sales report
Handling invoice documents with customers
Taking Import / Export Declaration and Import / Export License
Filing Documents
Taking ad hoc tasks

JOB RELATED QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Education:

Secondary or above

Experience & Skills:

with 1-2 years experience in logistics / trading / freight forwarding field, preferably in FMCG industry
Proficiency in Microsoft office and knowledge in ACCPAC will be an advantage
Familiar with ERP system is an advantage
Good communication skill
Knowledge in Chinese typing
Preferably with experience in Tradelink (for license application)
Immediately available preferred
Fresh graduate with less experiences may be considered
