Job Description
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of retail shops in Mainland China
- Motivating and leading frontline sales to achieve sales targets
- Formulate and conduct in-house training to sales
- Review and manage retail operation in respect of inventory control, sales & marketing and budgeting
- Expanding the business in China
Requirements
- University graduated in marketing or business related discipline
- Over 5 years relevant experience in fashion industry, 2 years of which should be at supervisory level; experience in Mainland China is an advantage.
- Strong in leadership with good communication and organizational skills.
- Strong passion in retail industry and possess all-rounded skills like analytical, planning, marketing and people management
- Self starter, result-oriented and attentive to details.
- Outgoing and able to work under pressure
- High proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese
- Willing to travel to China (Shenzhen) daily and station in China
- Excellent computer skills, e.g MS Office & Chinese Input.
