Responsibilities 

• Develop strategies and plans that build the Hong Kong Disneyland brand equity and deliver the marketing and business objectives.
• Partner with internal and external parties to translate strategies into highly creative marketing communications and initiatives.
• Oversee implementation to ensure execution excellence and speed to market.
• Measure, evaluate and review learning for continuous improvement.
• Manage budgets associated with own disciplines and meet the effectiveness and ROI criteria.

Requirements 

• University graduate
• At least 6 years of relevant working experience with preference of 2 years or above in PR agencies and / or media organization
• Ability to think strategically and provide creative solutions
• Proficient writing skills for press releases and story content for media usage
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong leadership and people skill
• Communicate proficiently in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient computer skills – Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
