Main duties:

• Plan for raw materials and control inventory level
• Issue purchase order and follow up shipment
• Source for raw materials and new suppliers
• Communicate and negotiate with suppliers independently
• Handle data entry for ERP system
• Provide procurement support services to Procurement Department

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (major in Chemistry is an advantage)
• 1-2 years working experience in procurement
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese (including Mandarin)
• High proficiency in Excel, Power Point & Chinese Typing
• Honest, self-motivated, able to work under pressure
• Good team player and communicator
