Responsibilities:

• Assist the Product Managers to maintain PBS and PATS system
• Provide on a weekly basis an update of supplier order value and shipped value and volumes from Otis
• Assist the Product Managers to prepare and maintain European and UK range matrix in both system and excel
• Assist the Product Managers to maintain supplier profiles
• Assist the Product Managers with the organization of buying trips
• General clerical / administrative duties
• Assist in travel arrangement
• Coordinate and maintain showroom displays
• IB & GB artwork, cosmetic and technical samples (distribute to Technical / IB and Packaging team), update PATS system
• Good working knowledge of Excel, Word

Requirement:

• Form 7 or above
• 2-3 years' relevant work experience
• Previous working experience in multi-cultural environment will be a great advantage
• Good spoken and written skills of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good computer skills in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
• Organizational skills in tasks
• Pleasant character, cheerful, friendly and service oriented
• Independent and happy to work autonomously
• Immediately available preferred
