Responsibilities :

• Assist to develop and implement procurement strategy to ensure the product quality complies with company's policies and standards
• Assist to balance the orders to qualified suppliers in accordance with principles and procedures established in the procurement policies.
• Responsible for  procurement and sourcing for alternative suppliers to expand company's sourcing base
• Communicate and negotiate with suppliers
• Develop and maintain good relationship with suppliers to enable long-term business partnership
• Manage multiple procurement categories effectively by working with suppliers and internal teams across the company (engineer, product development, design, operations, costing, etc.)

Requirement :

• Diploma or above 
• Over 5 years working experience preferrably in watch industry
• Knowledge of watch components is highly desirable
• Experience in dealing with suppliers and keen in negotiation
• Independent and self-started with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Well organized and good project management
• Experience in procurement procedures formulation is an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
