The Job

• Work as a key member of our China project team to support the business operation of our joint venture project in China
• Work closely with counterparts in China and HK to enable effective collection of customer data and multi-dimensional data mining, as well as preparing comprehensive analysis on customer usage behaviour
• Prepare regular reports and present key findings / recommended actions to the management
• Support local Marketing and Call Centre teams on CRM initiatives and customer retention activities
• Actively participate in local meetings to render the best support
• Closely monitor the telecom market situation in China, prepare regular highlights and alert the management of key issues and events
• Report directly to the SVP and provide support in major business development projects including basic market research and preparation of reports and presentation
• Travel to and from China office (Guangdong area) most of the time

The Person

• Degree holder, preferably in Marketing, Business Management, Statistics
• Analytical and sensitive to business figures
• Self-starter, independent, pleasant and get along well with people
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Office (e.g. Powerpoint, Word & Excel) and Chinese Word Processing
