Reporting to the Portfolio Manager, this role involves heading up a promotions team to proactively develop and implement the marketing/promotions strategy for a premium outlet shopping centre. He/she will take the lead in managing brand-building, advertising, PR, marketing partnership initiatives, in-mall displays, promotions and consumer research.

Requirements:

• University degree, preferably in Marketing, Advertising or related disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years experience in PR, advertising and sales-driven promotions; 5 of which are at supervisory level.
• Demonstrated ability in on-line marketing.
• Experience in tourism and destination marketing a plus.
• Excellent organisational, communication and people skills.
• Creativity and strong media connection.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Good PC skills on MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint .
