Requirements:

• Holder of Degree in marketing / business administration / surveying / estate management
• HKIS / RICS / General Practice Surveying or equivalent preferred
• At least 5 years' experience in leasing / marketing shopping centers with major developers, preferably with Mainland China exposure
•  Property management knowledge and shopping mall renovation experience is essential
• Proficient in spoken and written English & Chinese, fluent in Mandarin
• Presentable, good interpersonal skills and strong market sense

Responsibilities:

• Leasing shopping malls, and provision of quality tenant services including planning, implementing control of leasing tasks, tenants liaison, tenancy administration, co-ordination on renovation works, takeover / handover of premises, fitting-out works and ad hoc duties.

Less experience candidate may be considered for the post of Assistant Leasing Manager.
