Duties:

• To assist the Director of Revenue Management in championing the revenue maximization initiatives.
• Conducts analysis of strategies, statistics and demand factors.
• Provide competitive intelligence.
• Be of assistance in managing distributions channels and ensuring that rates, inventory and availability are accurately maintained and in line with the corporate guidelines.

Requirement:

• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, presentation and communications skills. 
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. 
• Knowledge of revenue management, property management and distributions systems, including but not limited to, Opera PMS, IDeaS, EZYield, RedX and Delphi is a plus.
• Experience in Revenue Management or related discipline required.
