Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiries, complaints and correspondence
  • Prepare quotations and tenders in timely manner
  • Support Technical Team

Job Requirements:

  • F.5 or above
  • At least 1 years customer service experience
  • Good common sense & responsible
  • Good communication & telephone manner
  • Fluent in English & Chinese
  • Able to work independently & under pressure
  • Proficient in PC operation and Chinese Word Processing
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
