Responsibilities:

• Provide support to sales team in daily operations
• Handle customer enquiries
• Prepare quotations, purchase orders, invoices and other relevant documents
• Follow up orders and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure timely delivery
• Provide administrative support on the pre-sales activities such as product demonstration, presentation and user training
• Maintain up-to-date customer database and prepare reports regularly for management / clients’ review

Requirements:

• F.5 or above with 2 years relevant experience
• Good command of English & Chinese, Mandarin is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Chinese word processing
• Well-organized with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and able to handle multi-tasks
• Polite, positive attitude, ability to multi-task work and a good team player
• Immediate available or short notice is preferred
