Job duties & Job Responsibilities

• Liaising and communicate with other departments such as Procurement, HR, Production, etc. and manage the request of them;
• Review the operation report submitted by subsidiaries;
• Advise the Operation department to improve the quality and the presentation of operation data and hence the financial data;
• Review the Financial reports and relevant schedules before submitting to the head office;
• Ensure to meet the deadlines required by the head office;
• Fixed assets and stock count;
• Budgeting, CAPEX monitoring, budget vs actual analysis and perform other financial analysis;
• Implementation of additional modules of accounting system;
• Liaise with external parties such as consultant, lawyer, supplier, customers;
• Drafting and implementation of policy and procedure;
• Improvement on the internal control of the company;
• Training of staff as required.
• Frequently travel to China is required;
• Perform ad-hoc assignment as required.
  

Job Requirements

• Degree holder with minimum 5 years solid experience in Management;
• Previous working experience in Mainland China (Guangzhou and Shanghai) is preferred;
• Excellent communication and management skills;
• Good command of written & speaking both English and Cantonese, Putonghua;
• Well-organised, detail-minded, result-oriented;
• Analytical, numerical sensitive, able to meet tight deadlines.
