Job Summary

The incumbent of this position is responsible for the order fulfillment for finished products shipped out of our 3PL warehouse in Kwai Chung. 

Job Duties and Responsibilities 

Ÿ  Prepare the full set of shipping documents

Ÿ  Release PO and perform receiving transaction

Ÿ  Release pick instruction to and receive pick confirmation from 3PL warehouse

Ÿ  Apply CO, Cites, import / export declaration and any other required shipping licenses

Ÿ  Verify and confirm invoices from 3PL for logistics charges

Ÿ  Manage and provide instruction to 3PL warehouse

Ÿ  Work closely with 3PL warehouse for inventory accuracy and be responsible for the twice a year stock take and random cycle count

Ÿ  Coordinate with forwarders for shipment dispatch for license brands products, include gimmicks

Ÿ  Support customer service representative to accommodate customer requirements

Ÿ  Coordinate with suppliers and prepare shipping documents for factory drop shipment fromChina to theUS /Canada

Ÿ  Participate weekly meeting with sales, CS and supply chain teams; also participate weekly meeting with CS and sales team of other region

Requirements

• Post-secondary education
• At least 5 years experience in customer service/logistics/supply chain.
• Knowledge and previous experience working with SAP
• Good command of both English and Chinese.
• Customer oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, flexible, able to work independently and under pressure.
• A team player
