Job Description

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Administrate a full spectrum of Accounting, Human Resources and Administration functions
  • Manage the daily operation of Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables and liaise directly with clients and vendors
  • Assist in monthly closing activities and ensure the monthly statements are issued on time
  • In charge of monthly financial statements. MPF, petty cash management and annual audit with external and internal parties
  • Check the billings and prepare expenses reports for management’s approval
  • Responsible for recruitment functions including recruitment channels exploration, job description compilation, screening and selection, employment contract management, new staff orientation and background counter-check, personnel record management and HRIS system development
  • Perform other spectrum of Human Resources functions including training and development, staff appraisal, Compensation & Benefits, staff relations, payroll and medical insurance management
  • Assist to review, formulate and implement Human Resources policies and procedures
  • Responsible for full spectrum of office administration functions such as office supplies, repair and maintenance; door key management and office security, etc.


Requirements:

  • Degree holder in any discipline, preferably business related
  • Minimum 5-year experiences at related positions handling Accounting, HR and Administration
  • China working experience is an advantage
  • Well versed with Employment Ordinance and related legislations
  • Excellent command of English and Cantonese are mandatory
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Mac OSX, and Chinese word-processing
  • Attention to details, well organized, and work with initiative
  • Reliable, trustworthy, enthusiastic and hardworking character
  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills to interact with people at all levels
  • Able to work multi-tasks independently under pressure
  • Immediate availability is required
