Responsibilities:

• Responsible for general accounting duties including invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable and bank reconciliation
• Handle full set of accounts, month end closing and daily accounting operations,
• Reviewing daily bank and cash balances
• Providing information and support on budget and forecast; and
• Assist in ad-hoc administration and secretarial work.

Requirements:

• Certificate or Diploma in Accounting or related discipline
• At least 3 years relevant experience in handling full set of accounts
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, and good communication skills in written English & Chinese
• Proficiency in MS office (Word & Excel) and accounting based software;
• Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated, detail-minded and hardworking;
• Immediate available is highly preferred
