Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality and value-added human resources services including but not limited to recruitment, compensations & benefits, payroll calculation, leave administration, employee relations, performance management and other ad hoc assignments;
  • Ensure legal compliance of human resources policies and practices;
  • Provide quality and efficient office administrative support services.


Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma Holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
  • 2 - 3 years solid experience in Human Resources field;
  • Well versed in Employment Ordinance and other related legislations of Hong Kong;
  • Mature, independent, detail-minded, self-motivated with great initiative;
  • Proficiency in MS office;
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills;
  • Good communication skill in both English and Chinese;
  • Immediate available is preferred.
