Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide quality and value-added human resources services including but not limited to recruitment, compensations & benefits, payroll calculation, leave administration, employee relations, performance management and other ad hoc assignments;
- Ensure legal compliance of human resources policies and practices;
- Provide quality and efficient office administrative support services.
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma Holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
- 2 - 3 years solid experience in Human Resources field;
- Well versed in Employment Ordinance and other related legislations of Hong Kong;
- Mature, independent, detail-minded, self-motivated with great initiative;
- Proficiency in MS office;
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills;
- Good communication skill in both English and Chinese;
- Immediate available is preferred.
