What we need

• Assist to General Manager for all business aspect

• Support in the sales and marketing process

• Coordinate with various departments and ensure smooth work flow

• Arrange daily business activities

• Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support

• Participate in ad-hoc projects when required

Who we are looking for

• Higher Diploma or above preferably in Business Administration or related discipline

• 2-3 years secretarial working experience is highly preferable

• Good written and oral communication skills in English, Putonghua and Cantonese

• Independent, well organized, detail-oriented and good interpersonal skills

• Immediately available is preferred
