Responsibilities:-

• Handle receptionist duties including greeting guest, answering the phone, take message, in/out mailing & fax; courier services and stationery inventory;
• Assist in organization of company events, staff training and other activities;
• Provide HR & Admin operational support including office supplies ordering, office equipment maintenance and renewal, updating attendance and leave records, staff medical insurance and benefit administration, etc;
• Perform any tasks and ad hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:-

• Form 7 or above
• 2-3 year working experience with office administration / receptionist at sizable company
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Good telephone manner, communication and inter-personal skills
• Proficient PC skill of MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
• Independent, good time management and able to work under pressure
• Immediately available is highly preferred
