Responsibilities:

• Provide professional support to various human resources functions with focus in compensation & benefits
• Handle payroll calculation, MPF and taxation arrangement
• Ensure company policies and practices are in compliance with local employment related ordinances
• Prepare HR reports and related analyses
• Ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• At least 3 years relevant working experience
• Well verse with HK Employment Ordinance and related legislation
• Proficiency in EXCEL and MS Office, Chinese Word Processing
• Good communications and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, well-organized and independent
• Immediate available is highly preferred
