Responsibilities:

• Support general office administrative work
• Coordinate quotations, sales orders and invoices
• Handle account data entry and verify P&L report provided by Finance department
• Generate monthly and yearly reports for the department record
• Perform ad hoc tasks when required

Requirements:

• Form 7 or above
• LCCI intermediate or higher qualification  
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
• Experience in SAP is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook and Chinese work processing
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Cantonese speaking is required
• Immediately available is highly preferred
