Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support general office administrative work
- Coordinate quotations, sales orders and invoices
- Handle account data entry and verify P&L report provided by Finance department
- Generate monthly and yearly reports for the department record
- Perform ad hoc tasks when required
Requirements:
- Form 7 or above
- LCCI intermediate or higher qualification
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
- Experience in SAP is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook and Chinese work processing
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Cantonese speaking is required
- Immediately available is highly preferred
Working location: 5 minutes walk from railway station in Shatin
