Assistant Officer

The incumbent will provide administrative support and management information / reports. He / She will facilitate the daily operation and control of branches. He / She will also implement the operation review and streamlining initiatives in branch network and ensure its’ effectiveness by on-going monitoring.

Requirements:

• Diploma in a related discipline OR other relevant qualifications
• Minimum of one years’ relevant experience, preferably in banking industry
• Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently
• Good customer service orientation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of PC application software such as MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese
