REQUIREMENTS:

• F. 5 graduate or above with  3 years’ supervisory experience in bills or trade financing operation in the banking industry
• Hands on experience in MS Words & Excel
• Exposure in computerised banking facilities
• Knowledge of commercial law and government regulations governing import and export bills e.g. OFAC, UCP600
• Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Independent, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise team member on daily bills operation and in compliance with banking ordinance
• Act as authorised signor for trade documents.
• Backs up team members on processing payment and all L/C items.   
• Training to junior staff on operation procedures

Remarks :  Bills checker position are also available for candidates with L/C documents checking experience.
