Responsibilities:

•             Prepare commercial analysis and strategic planning for product portfolio management

•             Prepare of launch plans for strategic products considering local and global milestones

•             Coordinate, implement, and manage all launch activities

•             Track and report launch performance on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis

•             Develop and implement effective tactical product marketing and promotional support  

•             Coordinate forecast planning including marketing & sales preparedness

•             Closely monitor market intelligence and rising opportunities in the market

Requirements:

•             Bachelor Degree holder in Marketing, Pharmacy or related science disciplines

•             At least 5 years working experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Sales and Marketing or portfolio management background is a must.

•             Experience in coordination of new product launch or project management is preferable

•             Sales and marketing experience in oncology, hematology and nephrology products is preferable

•             Strong interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills with analytical capability to manage massive data analysis.

•             Self-motivated and able to work independently under pressure

•             Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese

•             Proficient in MS Office
