Lead the Business Planning function and be responsible for budgeting, forecasting and continually assessing any risks or opportunities across all the different lines of businesses within Wealth Management and Consumer Finance.
·Work with Business Intelligence teams to scope meaningful portfolio analysis and data mining projects to ensure maximum leverage to drive ongoing profitability and long term sustainability.

·Coordinate and consolidate monthly forecast and annual budget for the department, and assess the risk and opportunities of existing products, new product launch, as well as marketing programs in both revenue/expense & balance terms.
·Ensure accurate and timely management reports for keeping track of business performance.
·Lead and work with individual business teams on any gap closing or revenue enhancement initiatives should there be bottom line risk or new opportunities. Propose and make recommendations of initiatives that will help maximize business opportunities.
·Assess profitability of individual products and programs to help prioritize resource allocation and drive investment decisions. Review program proposal and its financial impact to ensure proper gating in place
·Perform financial and business analysis to evaluate profitability and cost efficiency of different products and marketing programs.
·Have a thorough understanding of different banking products’ product dynamics and able to run simulation or build financial model to accurately forecast the impact of new business plan and internal policy (e.g. changes in transfer pricing)
·Drive healthy balance sheet growth by working with Mortgage and Deposit teams on pricing and product decisions.
·Provide guidance and coaching to subordinates as required to ensure that they are competent to perform their jobs.
