Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct research and analysis on market trends to support sales, land acquisition, property development and investment activities in Hong Kong and China market
- Supervise a team to identify investment opportunities and carry out feasibility studies
- Prepare valuation, competitors’ studies and statistical analysis in sale launches
- Develop and maintain relationship with investors and investment agents to keep abreast of the market movement and potential deals
- Maintain and improve existing database to enable timely retrieval of data to support various analysis
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor Degree in Real Estate, Surveying or related studies
- Member of HKIS and /or RICS
- 8 years relevant experience in property investment, valuation and research preferably in real estate developers or consultancies
- Strong understanding in real estate market in Hong Kong. PRC experience will be a plus
- Strong business acumen with excellent coordination, planning, analytical and financial modelling skills
