Our client is one of the world's most recognisable brands and they have recently been widely publicised due to their new global design strategy.  They are looking a qualified candidates to take up the role as Design Manager / Senior Interior designer for their design studio based in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the international 5-star hotel interior design project, create overall interior design to meet project schedule
• To provide high quality design work and other related services
• To assist design directors design development
• To liaise with clients and contractors
• Lead with ownership and manage clients, external and internal partners to ensure successful delivery and completion of projects
• Coordinate with all internal and external parties related to the project
• Report directly to Board of Directors and manage a team of 1-3 members for various projects

Requirement:

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design or equivalent qualifications
• Preferred with 5-6 years working experience in Architecture Design, High-end Residential, Commercial & Hospitality project experiences
• Possess strong skills in design concepts, perspective and project management
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong teamwork spirit
• Must be proactive and able to work independently
