Responsibilities

• Follow up production orders with manufacturers
• Stock purchasing/reordering loose diamonds for production
• Preparing production job orders and consumption
• Data entry in a computer software
• any other ad hoc duties assigned by the superiors

Requirements

• At least 2 years relevant experience in handling the above jobs
• Hands on experience in Microsoft office (excel, word, outlook etc)
• Reliable, well organized and self-motivated
• Able to communicate in English
• Immediately available will be an advantage
