THE JOB

In collaboration with the R&D and Manufacturing teams, the applicant will be in charge of creating innovative mechanical designs for a next-generation modular LED screens. The applicant will analyze appropriate modules thermal heat-sinking, systems to ensure a perfect module to module registration while allowing for an easy maintenance. A good knowledge of volume manufacturing costs is also important.

At a later stage, the candidate will be involved in the global factory automation project, during initial pilot production and later production ramp-up.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Bachelor’s Degree holder in Engineering
• 2+ years of experience in mechanical engineering
• Proven ability to multi-task and execute projects
• Good knowledge of manufacturing techniques: CNC milling, die casting, laser cutting, thin-sheet metal work, plastic injection molding, automatic welding
• Proficient with CAD softwares (Solidworks, ProE)
• Good problem solving and presentation skills, able to work independently as well as in a team work environment
• Proficient in English
