Responsibilities

- Report to Hotel Manager

- Lead the team to provide professional and efficient services to guests

- Manage daily operational and administrative matters that include handing guest enquiries, complaints or unusual situations to ensure their concerns have been sufficiently addressed and ensure superior guest service is delivered, the concierge services, logistics, preparing reports and to assists where necessary service to Department

- handle invoicing, coordinate with various department to support guests’ needs   

- Create a welcome environment for guests by pro-actively engaging and mingling with them in a witty and whimsical manner in addition to having a great sense of creativity.

Requirements

- Good knowledge of Crisis Management

- Diploma / Certificate in hotel management / hospitality or relevant discipline

- At least 3 years of relevant experience especially Front Office is preferable

- Excellent command of spoken and written English & Chinese

- Good self-discipline, hardworking and with a strong sense of responsibility

- Good knowledge of PC
