Job Description

• Win business proactively, ensuring sufficient preparation is done for the team before meeting with customers in the buying season (customer/buyer visit arrangement and welcome file preparation).
• Source for new items in order to raise buyer’s interest and maintain competitiveness.
• Present creative and feasible ideas to customers during buying trip.
• Proactively deal with customers in product development and sourcing process, keeping good relationship with buyers. Able to provide options to customer.
• Handle sample pre-check and QA coordination until order placement and on-time delivery based on quality approval.
• Keep abreast of market trend by visiting suppliers.
• Conduct competitor survey.
• Settle and follow up claims.

Qualifications, experience and skill

• Diploma in merchandising
• Knowledge in related product group
• 6 years hard goods merchandising experience, inclusive 3 years experience handling similar products in Europe market, with some electronic background would be advantage.
• Need to handle any dynamic changes
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Allegro, MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
• Good communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese (written and spoken)
• Sales and customer service oriented
• Negotiable , independent , aggressive
• Flexible and innovative
