Responsibilities:

• Handle daily settlement operations of securities, futures, options and other derivatives in Hong Kong and global markets
• Perform settlement functions such as trade matching, fund deposit and withdrawal, SI, corporate actions, CCASS/DCASS operations
• Prepare settlement reports and statements, perform filing and other administrative duties
• Provide support to accounting functions as well as general administrative duties
• Perform ad-hoc projects and assignments as required

Requirements:

• F.5 or above, with book keeping knowledge preferred
• At least 1 year relevant settlement experience
• Knowledge of securities, futures and options trade settlement
• Experience in CCASS/DCASS/CCMS operations
• Responsible, attentive to details and fast learning
• Be able to work independently and under pressure, and willing to work overtime
• Hands-on PC skills in MS Word and MS Excel
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Immediately available will be an advantage
