We're looking for a Summer Intern to join our team building user-friendly online services for consumers. This is an opportunity for a highly talented individual to gain real world business experience in a fast growing technology company.

Learn the ins and outs of our cutting-edge apps and use this knowledge to improve our website experience for customers. You'll be responsible for organizing website support content and filling in the gaps to ensure that our setup pages and tutorials are straightforward to users and best in class.

Some things you’ll be doing

1. Define and drive the user experience on our website for paid customers of our services

2. Research device compatibility issues to determine the appropriate setup instructions to display to customers

3. Improve the flow of support pages according to a decision tree model

4. Write new tutorial pages for customers and work with our customer support team to improve existing site content.

5. Research competitors to understand best practices for user support

6. Determine gaps in our existing product offering to help define requirements for new features

Requirements for candidates

1. Based in Hong Kong

2. Strong command of written English

3. Highly motivated and passionate about technology

4. No specific technical or coding skills are required

5. Available 40 hours per week for the duration of the Internship
