Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Convert business language to IT solution development requirements, analyze existing business processes to ensure adherence to new practices
- Provide support on the goals of increasing customer loyalty, optimizing profitability, reducing waste and maximizing efficiency
- Drive project workshops focused on Engineering & Re-Engineering Processes
- Project management on revamping customer-centric business processes such as project justification, level of sponsorship, testing and implementation
- Lead a virtual team on large & high profile projects with sales, marketing, order management and service departments
- Develop maps and assess feasibility solutions with technical teams as well as identifying gaps, limitations and recommending alternatives
- Assist on documentations and training on new processes
- Support on Ad-hoc requests on specific business process issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in Science / Business Administration
- Proficient in spoken and written English (French is a plus)
- Minimum of 10 years related business experience
- Strong understanding of IT, market knowledge and business processes
- Ability to interact with customers effectively
- Proven track record of developing & maintaining strong internal and external relationships
- Proficient in Microsoft Visio, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Knowledge & experience in Oracle & SAP
- Flexibility on frequent international travel
