Responsibilities

• Assist in product selection based on seasonal sales analysis
• Assortment planning and build assortments suitable for the stores
• Maintain correct category assortment by location/store
• Execute inventory investment to agreed assortment and sales targets
• Develop budgets and sales targets, promotions and assortment plans for certain segments
• Monitor, recap seasonal sales and set up seasonal cost sheets
• Review and resolve any sales order discrepancies
• Manage samples and handle defective claims
• Review and report status of oversold and substitution sales
• Communicate style status information to Sales, Retail, Customer Service, etc
• Assist in product training as required

Requirements

• University graduate in Fashion/Clothing

• At least 5 years buying and sourcing experience in lifestyle clothing

• Extensive knowledge in merchandise planning, sales, marketing and promotions 

• Good sense of fashion market

• Outgoing and self-motivated

• Excellent communication skills

• Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
