Job Duties :

• Increase sales by various channels (self-motiviated)
• Meet quarterly and annual sales targets
• Explore and expand into new industries and markets
• Work and communicate directly with clients to ensure proper and punctual delivery or products and services
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining open lines of communication between the company & the client and ensuring any enquiries are expeditiously handled
• Increase customer retention and loyalty
• Liaise and work closely with production team to ensure product quality and delivery
• Ensure all client(s) requirements and other relevant information are appropriately captured and communicated to relevant staff, in a timely manner
• Initiate, solicit, and entice different partnerships through networking and cold calling
• Assisit in the tendering and contractual business
• Effectively and patiently communicate relevant project information to superiors and colleagues
• Report daily to management
• Innovate new products and services for clients
• Where required by Senior Management provide assistance with special projects – including but not limited to – marketing, process development, business development & trade shows. 

Job Requirements:

• Candidates with networking in property management, corporate procurement, hospital, medical beauty, security, transportation, and hotel industry are first considered
• At least 3 years of general work experience with at least 2 of those years in garment textile industry or procurement
• Knowledge of garment textile, fabric and design is a bonus
• Highly self-motivated and commission-driven character
• Must have extensive experience in pitching proposals and dealing directly with clients
• Must have excellent sales and presentation (including Powerpoint) skills and experience
• Photoshop and design skills is a bonus
• Must possess good interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively
• Must be extremely detail-orientated and possess excellent organizational, time management and prioritization skills.
• Must have the ability to exercise initiative and good judgment
• Must possess attentive listening skills with the ability to extract key information
• Due the fast moving nature of the industry the candidate must be flexible and have the ability to change priorities according to business needs
• Fluency in English and Mandarin a must
• Technology savvy
• International experience is highly regarded
• Able to motivate and focus others
