Job Duties

• Assists the team in planning, organizing, implementing marketing activities
• Communicate with vendors and internal clients to ensure smooth operation
• Coordinates and assists with the production / updating of marketing materials
• Generates reports and assists in data analyzing
•  Provide administrative supports to the team

Requirements

• High Diploma or Degree holder in any discipline
• Proficient in Microsoft applications and Chinese word processing
• Excellent written communication skills in both Chinese and English
• Fluent in Cantonese and English, fluent in Mandarin is a plus

Working Experiences

• Strong administrative skill, e.g. planning, organizing, coordinating etc. 
•  Mature, responsible and a good team player
• Pleasant and outgoing personality
• Working experience is preferred
•  Immediately available is preferred
