The Event Coordinator will assist manager for the production of events from conception to completion, such as organisation flagship event, courses and conference, funding and media events, exhibition and promotion events, etc.

Job description:

1. To assist manager to plan, prepare budget, monitor expenses and execute corporate events;

2. To coordinate with different internal and external stakeholders for events;

3. To liaise with designers to create and produce event promotion tools with reference to brand guidelines.

Requirements:

1. Playful and have passion for serving children and charity sector;

2. Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Event Management or related disciplines;

3. At least 1 year of relevant experience is preferred

4. Detail-minded and well organised

5. Good command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written

6. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing.
