JOB DESCRIPTION

• Daily communication with customers & suppliers
• Logistic arrangement
• Liaising with oversea suppliers
• Order follow up until delivery
• Work closely with suppliers and customers in orders.
• Implement sales administrative support to the team, prepare quotation;
• Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• F. 5 standard or above with minimum 2 years related working experience;
• Friendly, presentable, good telephone manner and communication skills with a sense of service;
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin;
• Able to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Hands on computer knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing
