Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of experienced process experts and supports in sales process execution, improvement and alignment across all sales teams, and remotely manage GSC teams to deliver according to the service level agreement
- Drive sales team efficiency and productivity through continuous improvement in sales operating system and supporting processes
- Govern end-to-end sales processes and continuously support invoice quality improvement initiatives, through translation of short-term improvement ideas into long-term sustainable solution
- Manage sales pipeline on a cluster level and sales minimum standards across all channels, and be able to continuously drive SFDC adoption and support business performance through pipeline and process support
- Engage regional and centre anchors regarding global sales process support
- Expedite process compliance and be able to identify compliance risks to improve
- Take a leading role as change agent/coach to instil the future solution
- Deputy to the Team Lead
Who we are looking for:
- University graduate and/or holder of professional qualification in Business Management, Process/Project Management or related discipline (e.g. Six Sigma, PRINCE2, PMP)
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in related industries (shipping, logistics, supply chain) preferred
- Strong problem-solving mind-set
- Well-balanced process and technical acumen, with the ability to translate capabilities gaps into actionable processes and high-level business requirements
- Ability to partner with senior executives and multiple internal stakeholders, to help solve complex process issues and go-to-market challenges
- Mature, independent, pro-active, resourceful and creative
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedules
- Process re-engineering or change management experience is preferred
- Experience in shipping industry with front office experience is preferred
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
