Responsibilities:

• Provide clerical & administrative support to the assigned department;
  
• Co-ordinate with regional offices to prepare periodic business reviews for management;
• Prepare internal sales analysis and external market analysis;
• Assist ad hoc financial analysis and management reports preparation.
  

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Business Administration, Finance & Accounting or Business related disciplines;
• Proficient in MS Office applications;
• Attentive to details, strong organizational and analytical skills;
  
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Putonghua;
• Immediate available is preferred.
