Responsibility:

- Site inspection

- Prepare monthly repair & statistical reports

- Handle visitors' inquiry & complaint

- Monitor the cleaning condition of the venue

- General clerical duties

Requirement:

- Form 7 or QF level 4 

- Must have 5 years experience in Property Management /Facility Management

- Work 6 days per week

- Working hours: 9:00 - 18:45 / 9:00 - 18:00

- Work location: Ping Shan, Yuen Long

- 12 days annual leave
