Responsibilities:

• To conduct training and technical support to the field colleagues/counterparts  on line with child well-being
• To maintain working relationship with the team for program development and monitoring
• To support the team in writing proposals, reports, and program implementation
• To network and coordinate community education program/events/visitors and volunteers program
• To provide communication support to the team, including stories writing and publication materials
  

Requirements:

• Social Work Degree holder or above
• At least 4 years’ work experience is required for the position of Program Officer; applicants with 3 years’ work experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Program Officer
• Experience in children/rehabilitation will be an advantage
• Strong interest in serving and working with children, including those with special needs
• Able to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
• Able to work independently in challenging physical environment
• Mature with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Team oriented and strong systematic and coordination skill
• Excellent commend in written and spoken Chinese (Putonghua) and English
• Competent in Chinese Microsoft Office
• Understanding of the China context
• Need frequent travel to China
