Job Duties
Analysis duties
- Consolidated customer services related performance data and analyze KPI
- Develop tool to assist customer service team to achieve CS excellence
- Prepare reports to help monitoring the sales operations and capture the trend of customer behaviors
- Support management to execute required procedures
Customer service duties
- Responsible for global key accounts management
- Monitor key account performance and retain customer relationship
Education and Experience
- Degree holder in Science/Mathematics/Marketing/Quantitative Finance or related discipline
- Over 3 years relevant working experience in customer service or sales & marketing operations
- Strong in Excel and anaylsing skill and other MS office applications
- Customer oriented, excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken
