RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To manage channel distribution including different tiers such as distributors, resellers, system integrators etc for the purpose of achieving sales revenue including run rate and project
• Build and maintain the relationship with channel partners. Identify the qualified partners for strategic product project as well as to expand the channel depth and width
• Implement strategies and action plans to promote Schneider's Data Center Infrastructure solution (e.g. UPS, CRAC, RACK, PDU, DCIM) and translate them into sales
• Responsible for the channel programs and promote the latest products and solutions to channel partners
• Build and manage of partner's pipeline in order to expand the designated business for continual growth
• Provide competitive market intelligence to the business, analyze performance-related data to improve fiscal performance
• Monitor the market needs, requirement and specification evolution


REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (Engineering or Science an advantage)
• Minimum 5 years sales experience in IT channels as well as end user sales experience
• Thorough understanding of the sales function and processes including annual sales planning
• Excellent inter-personal skills and relationships building
• Strong in product training and presentations
• Effective and efficient time management
• Positive and result-oriented
• Excellent written and oral communication skills (both English and Chinese)
• Good command usage of MS Office
