Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead and Supervise a team of customer service staff
- Provide training and coaching to the team
- Manage the daily enquires and conduct daily product sales
- Handle customer complaints and provide solutions to customers
- Responsible for the planning and administration of daily manpower arrangement
- Ensure good customer service is delivered to the customers
- Work and co-ordinate closely with both internal and external parties to ensure the smooth implementation of the programs
- Prepare reports and support ad hoc projects
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma holder or above in any disciplines
- Minimum 3-5 years relevant working experience in Retail Store and Customer Service
- Fluent in Mandarin is a must
- Customer oriented, good interpersonal skills, independent, self-motivated, responsible, proactive, positive and mature
- Willing to work flexible hours
